What this site collects, from which parts of the site, and why.
The contact form. The form on the Contact page asks for your name, company, work email, reason for interest and an optional note.
Why we askSo Derek can reply to you and understand what you need before a conversation.
Where it goesSubmissions are stored in HubSpot, the CRM we use to reply and follow up. Webflow, which hosts this site, also keeps a copy and emails it to Derek.
What we do not doAdd you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else for their marketing.
The chat widget. The chat window on each page asks a few questions about your situation, and you choose whether to share an email address.
What it collectsYour answers and, if you give it, your name and email address.
Where it goesChat conversations are stored in HubSpot, the CRM we use to reply and follow up. HubSpot processes them for us under its own privacy policy.
WhyTo answer your question and follow up if you asked us to.
Booking a call through Calendly. The scheduler on the Contact page is provided by Calendly, which collects what you enter when you book.
What it collectsYour name, email address, the time you choose and any answers you add to the booking.
Who handles itCalendly, under its own privacy policy. It sends the booking details to Derek so the call can happen.
CookiesCalendly may set cookies when the scheduler loads, even if you do not book.
Cookies. Cookies are small files your browser stores; this site and the services above use a few of them.
Site operationWebflow may set cookies needed to deliver the site and the contact form.
Measurement and advertisingLinkedIn, Apollo and Google Analytics set cookies to measure visits and campaigns, as described above.
Scheduling and chatCalendly and HubSpot may set cookies when the scheduler or chat is used.
Your controlYou can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them; the scheduler may not.
+Tools we use and who sees your data
The outside tools that see visitor data, and what we never do with it.
LinkedIn Insight Tag. The site runs LinkedIn’s Insight Tag, which tells us how people who see our LinkedIn content and ads use the site.
What it recordsPages visited, the referring page, your browser and device, and a LinkedIn cookie that links the visit to a LinkedIn account if you are signed in.
What we seeAggregated reports, such as job titles and industries of visitors. LinkedIn does not show us who you are.
Your choiceYou can turn off ad personalization in your LinkedIn settings, or block third-party cookies in your browser.
Apollo visitor tracking. The site uses Apollo’s website tracker to identify which companies visit, based mainly on the network (IP address) you visit from.
What it recordsThe company associated with your IP address, the pages you viewed and when.
WhyTo understand which companies are interested in our work, and occasionally to reach out to them.
Your choiceEmail us and we will remove your company’s visit data from our Apollo account. Blocking third-party scripts in your browser also stops it.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. It sets cookies. We don’t use it to identify individual visitors.
What we never do. Your information is used to talk to you, not traded.

Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How long we keep it. Contact details are deleted 24 months after your last interaction with us; client records are kept longer for tax and contract purposes.
Contacts, prospects and newsletter readersKept until 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted.
Sooner, on requestEmail derek@regierrevenuegroup.com and we will delete your information sooner.
ClientsContracts and billing records are kept for 7 years for tax and contract purposes.
Third-party toolsLinkedIn, Apollo and Calendly keep their own data under their own retention policies.

Access or correctAsk what we hold about you, or ask us to fix it.
